Refund Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work across the AdOne marketplace — the AdOne app and this website, all operated by ("AdOne", "we", "us").

The short version. AdOne does not process online payments and charges no in-app fees in this version. Because nothing is charged through the Platform, there is nothing for us to refund through the Platform. Advertising spend is settled offline directly between owner and advertiser, so any refund of it is a matter between those two parties.

1. Overview

AdOne is a business-to-business intermediary that connects outdoor advertising-space owners with advertisers and helps facilitate a deal between them. We are not a party to the advertising contract that the owner and advertiser reach — see our Terms of Service › AdOne's role as intermediary. This shapes how refunds work, as set out below.

2. No online payments, no in-app charges

In this version of the Platform there is no checkout, no in-app purchase and no payment processing of any kind. We do not collect card details, hold funds, or charge subscription or transaction fees within the apps. Listing an ad space and raising an inquiry are free in-app actions.

Because the Platform never charges you, there are no in-app charges to refund. We do not operate app-store-style refund windows for purchases, because no such purchases exist on AdOne.

3. Offline deals between owner & advertiser

When an inquiry leads to a deal, the advertising contract is solely between the owner and the advertiser, and any payment of advertising spend happens offline, directly between them. AdOne does not receive, hold or disburse that money.

Any refund of advertising spend is a matter between the owner and the advertiser, governed by whatever agreement they reach between themselves. AdOne cannot issue, guarantee or arbitrate such refunds, because we are not a party to that contract and never handled the funds.

We encourage both sides to agree clear terms — including cancellation and refund terms — in writing before settling payment.

4. AdOne service fees

AdOne may, from time to time, charge a service fee for helping facilitate a deal. Where it does, that fee is agreed separately and billed offline under a written service agreement — it is never charged through the apps.

If such a fee has been agreed and billed to you, any refund of that AdOne fee is handled case-by-case under the terms of that written service agreement. If the service agreement is silent on refunds, contact us at and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Chargebacks

Because no payment is ever taken through the Platform, chargebacks are not applicable to AdOne. Any payment dispute relating to advertising spend must be resolved between the transacting parties through their own payment channel and agreement.

6. Taxes & GST

Any taxes applicable to a deal — including Goods and Services Tax (GST) on advertising spend — are the responsibility of the transacting parties (the owner and the advertiser), who handle invoicing and tax compliance between themselves. Where AdOne separately bills a service fee offline, applicable taxes on that fee are dealt with under the relevant service agreement and invoice.

7. How to raise a billing question

If you have a question about a charge:

  • About advertising spend on a deal — please take it up with the other party to your deal, since AdOne did not charge or hold that money. We are happy to help clarify how the deal was facilitated.
  • About a separately agreed AdOne service fee — contact our team at with your service-agreement reference, and we will review it under that agreement.
  • For anything else or general help — contact .

8. Changes

If AdOne introduces paid features or online payments in the future, we will update this policy with clear refund terms for those features, notify you where appropriate, and change the "Last updated" date above.
