1. AdOne's trademarks
The "AdOne" name and the AdOne logo are trademarks of . They identify the AdOne marketplace and our products. All rights in our trademarks, brand assets and goodwill are reserved, and nothing on our platform grants you any licence to use them except as described in this policy.
2. Permitted uses

- Factual references — for example, stating that your ad space is listed on AdOne, or that you are an AdOne user, where that is true.

3. Prohibited uses
Without our prior written permission, you must not:
- Imply endorsement or affiliation — use our marks in any way that suggests AdOne sponsors, endorses or is affiliated or partnered with you.
- Use our marks in your names — incorporate "AdOne" or our logo into your product name, company name, app name or domain name.
- Alter the logo — change the logo's colours, proportions, spacing or design, or recreate it.
- Combine our marks with yours — lock up, merge or display our marks together with your own marks so as to create a composite or imply a joint brand.
4. Brand usage guidelines
Where your use of our marks is permitted, please follow these guidelines:
Don't modify
Use the mark as provided. Do not stretch, recolour, rotate, redraw or otherwise alter the logo or wordmark.
Keep clear space
Maintain adequate clear space around the mark so it is legible and not crowded by other graphics or text.
Use brand colours
Use the green AdOne brand colours exactly as provided, on a background that preserves contrast and legibility.
5. Reporting trademark infringement
If you believe someone is misusing the AdOne marks, or is infringing your own trademark in a listing or elsewhere on the platform, report it to . 6. Requesting permission
