This Anti-spam Policy explains how ("AdOne", "we", "us") keeps the AdOne marketplace free of spam, and what we expect from everyone who uses the AdOne app and this website.
The short version. The only messages we send to app users are transactional — one-time passwords (OTPs) and service notifications. We don't send unsolicited marketing without consent, and you must not use AdOne to spam anyone or to harvest contacts.

1. Our commitment
AdOne is a marketplace for outdoor advertising, and we help facilitate a deal between advertising-space owners and advertisers. We are committed to keeping communication on the platform relevant, wanted and minimal. We do not sell or rent contact details, and we do not use the platform — or allow others to use it — to send unsolicited bulk communications.
2. Transactional-only messaging
Messages we send to app users are transactional only. App users authenticate with their phone number and a one-time password (OTP), and:
- OTPs are sent solely to verify your phone number and sign you in securely.
- In-app and push notifications are limited to service messages — listing-review outcomes, inquiry updates, account and security alerts, and similar.
- We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages without your consent.
3. What counts as spam on AdOne
On AdOne, "spam" includes any of the following:
- Bulk or unsolicited inquiries — sending repetitive, mass or irrelevant inquiries to owners or to our team.
- Fake listings to harvest contacts — posting listings that are not genuine inventory in order to collect inquiries or contact details.
- Harvesting phone numbers or emails — collecting, scraping or compiling other users' phone numbers, emails or other contact data.
- Using AdOne data to spam elsewhere — taking any data obtained through AdOne and using it to send unsolicited communications on or off the platform.
4. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- Send unsolicited bulk or repetitive messages, inquiries or listings.
- Create fake or duplicate listings or accounts to generate or capture contacts.
- Harvest, scrape or automatically extract contact details or other data from AdOne.
- Use AdOne, or data obtained through it, to send spam, phishing or fraudulent communications.
- Attempt to contact the other party off-platform to evade AdOne for unsolicited outreach.
5. Notifications & your consent
You control optional notifications. You can opt in or out of non-essential notifications in the app's settings at any time. Transactional messages are required for the service — OTPs and core service notifications keep your account secure and your deals moving, so they cannot be switched off while you hold an active account. For more on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Consequences of violations
If you spam the platform or other users, we may, depending on severity and history:
- Remove content — including offending listings, messages or inquiries.
- Suspend your account, pending review.
- Terminate your account for repeated or serious violations.
Serious or unlawful spam may also be referred to the authorities. See our Abuse Policy for the full enforcement framework.
7. Reporting spam
If you receive spam through AdOne, or see a fake listing or account, report it to . Please include the ad code or listing URL where relevant, a description of the spam, and your contact details so we can follow up.
