Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ("AdOne", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the AdOne apps and this website.

The short version. Your phone number is your identity. We limit who can see precise location and contact details, and share them only when needed to help a deal happen. We don't sell your personal data. You can delete your account at any time — see Your rights.

1. Who we are

AdOne is a platform for outdoor advertising that helps advertisers and advertising-space owners connect. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, AdOne is the data controller for personal data processed through our products. Our contact details are in section 12.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the marketplace:

We do not collect payment-card data — AdOne does not process online payments (see our Refund Policy).

3. How we use it

  • To create and secure your account and sign you in by one-time code.
  • To show listed advertising spaces to advertisers.
  • To respond to your inquiries and help facilitate a deal.
  • To send service notifications (such as updates to your activity).
  • To keep the platform safe — fraud prevention and abuse handling.
  • To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We rely on the lawful bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating a safe marketplace, your consent (where required, e.g. certain notifications), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Location & contact privacy

We're careful with sensitive details:

  • Advertisers browsing the app see only an approximate location for a space, not its exact address.
  • Precise location and contact details are shared only when needed to help a specific deal go ahead.
  • We don't share your phone, email or name with the other side of a deal except as needed to facilitate it.

5. How we share

We share personal data only as needed to run the service:

  • With our team: authorised staff access only the information they need to operate the service and help you.
  • Between sides of a deal: only the minimum needed, and only when it's needed to help the deal go ahead.
  • With service providers: trusted providers (such as hosting, storage and notifications) acting on our instructions.
  • For legal reasons: where required by law, regulation, or to protect our rights and users' safety.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

6. Storage & security

Your information is encrypted in transit and stored with reputable infrastructure providers. We protect it with measures including passwordless sign-in, time-limited sessions, encryption and access controls. See our Security page for more.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When you delete your account, we erase your personal details and free your phone number for re-use. De-identified records of completed deals and inquiries may be retained for legitimate legal, tax, accounting and audit purposes — these no longer identify you. See GDPR Compliance for how erasure works in detail.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at .

Delete your account yourself. You can permanently delete your account from inside the AdOne app (Profile › Delete account), or via our secure web flow. Deletion erases your personal details, takes down any spaces you've listed and closes any open inquiries. Some de-identified records may be retained as described above. See GDPR Compliance.

9. Cookies

This website uses a small number of essential cookies and similar local-storage technologies. The mobile apps use secure on-device storage for your session and preferences. See our Cookie Policy.

10. Children

AdOne is a business-to-business service intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email where appropriate, and the "Last updated" date above will change.

12. Contact
