Security

Last updated: 24 June 2026

We take the security of your account and your information seriously. This page gives a high-level overview of how we protect it.

1. Secure sign-in

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP) — there's no password for you to remember or for anyone to steal. Sign-in sessions are time-limited.

2. Protecting your data

Information you share with AdOne is encrypted in transit and stored with reputable infrastructure providers. We collect only what we need to provide the service.

3. Access controls

Access to personal information is limited to authorised personnel who need it to operate the service, and is governed by internal access controls.

4. No payment-card data

AdOne does not process online payments, so we do not collect or store payment-card details. See our Refund Policy for more.

5. Reporting a security concern

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please tell us at and give us a reasonable chance to address it before disclosing it publicly. Please don't access or modify other people's data, or disrupt the service, while investigating. We appreciate responsible disclosure.

6. Your part

Because sign-in uses your mobile number, keep your phone and SIM secure and never share your one-time codes with anyone. AdOne will never ask you for your code.

7. Contact
